Over the years, I've designed and implemented a large set of libraries and tools. I've described some of them through my articles, but in many other cases, I've kept them for myself or my clients. I'm planning to make more tools freely available, and perhaps a few more libraries as well.
I'm mostly interested in simple Software Engineering tools. Both BetterEstimate and SmartFP address effort estimation, using different approaches (expert estimation and function points). Most likely, the next in line will be a barebone tool for Residual Bug Estimation.
